The thing about your best ideas

With some exceptions, your best ideas come to you spontaneously. When you're least expecting them. When you're not expecting them at all, really.

That’s the nature of this game of idea creation / summoning / spawning / birthing. They arrive when you're in flow. When you’re calm. When your mind isn't forced to focus narrowly on a single point toward a single outcome.

When your distributive intelligence kicks in. When your mind travels from your standard Beta waves through the Alpha frequencies and into that Theta sweet spot.

Take advantage of it. Have a pen and pad everywhere you go. You'll thank yourself for your foresight.

Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them.
