Laying out my personal manifesto to help clarify life and things

Left to their own devices, young people stick to their kind. Their age, their stage, their cohort. It's natural. Humans of all kinds do this. Stick to their kind. We're a culture that lionizes youth, energy, beauty, feats of fitness. But do not sleep on the great gift of having older friends in life.

Came in with zero expectations, got leveled by how much I ended up loving this movie. How did "KPop Demon Hunters" become one of my favorite movies of the last 15 years? This is my humble, 20,000-word attempt to answer that question.

It's easy to appreciate when good things happen. It's harder but more satisfying to appreciate when things don't happen. I recently experienced a wonderful thing that didn't happen. I felt the loving design of the microwave that didn't beep.
